Eric Prempeh is a passionate, result driven marketing Executive, a seasoned service strategist and personal development coach with a proven track record of over 18 years of success in public speaking,  service delivery enhancement, professional skills development, change leadership, customer experience optimization, business performance strategy, leadership  with genuine passion for inspiring and impacting positive change in people. He is an out-of-the-box, visionary thinker who champions innovative solutions to elevate organizational performance, including bespoke training programs, business development, business performance service strategies, and more. Eric is the epitome of service strategies, excellence, drive, determination, and personal development, he brings a wealth of experience to developing innovative service marketing strategies and optimizing service delivery models to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business success. Eric consults for organizations and has led customer experience transformation in both public and private sectors. Eric is a personal development coach and founder of a social media interactive platform Inspiring Minds Changing Lives with members all around the globe. His vision is to inspire and impact lives to envision a world where people are empowered to live their lives and fulfill their divinely assigned purpose toward greatness in the areas of spirituality, career, health, finance, and business. Many of his followers have been able to apply his inspirational teachings to improve their lives.

He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Ghana Business School Legon, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Regent University Ghana, a Cisco Network Engineer Certification-Croydon College London, a Certificate in Service Management GIMPA, a Certificate in Leadership and Management – Learning Tree International UK & MCA International(South Africa), Certification in Quality Management System Auditor/Lead Auditor from IRCA, Customer Service Training certification from Service Quality Institute –Minnesota U.S.& Development Dimensions International, IATA Certificate in Airport Strategic Management and Airport Council International(ACI)  Certificates in Airport Service Culture and customer experience. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana(CIMG). Eric is married with 4 children; he is a lover of God’s word, enjoys reading and  watching football.
